We control the execution risk
The tranche is drawn against an engineering partner we underwrite or our own talent, with defined scope, milestones and KPIs. A passive lender has no recovery lever here. We do.

- 20–50% equity share in purchased companies (which generally have $5–20M EBITDA)

Member of AI Engineering Staff
- Location

- Run and automate major divisions of a portfolio company in a small and focused team.
- Your background
- Background in FDE, or product management, consulting, banking, or medicine with a computer science background. Must be able to use coding agents at scale.

Underwritten Engineering Partner
- Who
- AI and engineering firms that ship automation inside operating businesses, not slideware.
- Role
- Deliver AI transformations at our portfolio companies and our lending clients’ businesses, against a defined scope, milestones and KPIs, alongside the company’s own team.
- How it works
- We diligence and underwrite your firm once. From then on, capital we provide is drawn against your delivery, which lets companies take on transformations they could not otherwise finance.
